1. LEVERAGE YOUR UNIQUE MOTIVATION

 

  • If we're honest, we know we struggle to be consistent, stay the course and to remain motivated. This is because as entrepreneurs our strength is being creative and excited about new things, but this lends to our weakness of staying the course.
  • We must learn to develop a strategy that we stick to, tweak and modify as we go but not radically change course, in order to win.
  • The issue is this plays with our emotions. Often it motivates us to change course and so this creates an issue.
  • The key is learning how to remain motivated while pressing forward on a strategy that might not even bring immediate wins. Endurance, patience and consistency CAN become a part of your winning strategy WHEN you learn how to stay motivated in the unique way only entrepreneurs can.
  • Using tactics like mini-habits, step goals, milestone analysis and ebb-and-flow time management, you can do this and so it well! These are techniques I train my clients.

  • The key is it needs to be a process an entrepreneur can stick to. I teach my clients the simple method of self-sales management. You really can hold yourself accountable while gaining the confidence of a winning strategy.
  • Most of us actually need to do LESS stuff to scale our businesses. We need to focus on what works and understand exactly how it works so we can properly scale.
