Gorgeous Mums,
We know what it feels like to be mums of tiny humans and all the stress, overwhelm and relentless “figuring it out” that goes on - they’re here to take a lot of that away for you. We know what the fear, the loneliness, the feeling of being a stranger in your own body feels like, because we’ve been there too.
Between our training, and working a lot of stuff out the hard way, we have figured out a huge amount of what a mum needs and, we are ready to share that with you today.
So are you fed-up of having to google EVERYTHING about your new Mum bod, your baby, your relationship, what exercise you can do, what food you should eat….and on and on and on….oh and all of this whilst trying to look after a baby, maybe a toddler too, run a house, still be a good partner, good friend, good daughter, and let’s not forget, “bounce back” like they you’ve been told you should do….and on it goes?! Yeah we hear you….been there and definitely got the t-shirt! If this is you, this programme is for you. We call it a programme but it’s more of a bunch of really blumming useful videos that have the answers to most of the things you have questions about, regarding you. (Please note, this isn’t a parenting programme – we definitely haven’t got all the answers there!!!)

In this programme you can expect:
To laugh! Learning about you and how awesome you are can be a lot of fun and we plan to keep it that way!
Not to feel overwhelmed – this is not intended to be “yet another thing you have to do!”. You have plenty of that already – this is to educate you and gently nudge you to take very doable small steps, that will help you feel like you again.
Educational videos explaining about all things that might be up with your lady bits and how to fix them. For example: why you might be leaking wee; why it hurts to poo or have sex; what that heavy feeling in your vagina is and why it feels like it’s all going to fall out. We even talk about what to expect when having sex after a baby. If it’s about poo, wee, vaginas or pelvic pain, we have you covered!
Want a safe and effective post-natal exercise programme to get you from zero, to feeling consistently good again? We’ve got you covered there too. We’re not aiming for “amazing” because honestly, a steady state of “good” would be flippin amazing for most new mums! We’re keeping this real and highly achievable ladies!
Got a tummy gap, aka, a diastasis recti? Terrified to exercise in case it makes it worse? Or maybe you’re just over looking 6 months pregnant still? Between Nicky’s education videos and Tanya’s pilates programme, you’ll feel confident about what’s really going on, and what to do about it, both safely and effectively.
Also, we have an honest and real conversation about how having a baby affects your relationship – don’t worry, it happens to 100% of couples! The trick is understanding what’s really going on and what to do to help it. We can help you there. We may not be relationship counsellors but we have some very real experience in this area and had great results!
Some basic, easy and realistic nutritional advice to help you shift the baby weight and more importantly, give you a more steady level of energy throughout the day.
