I do some of my best thinking in the shower.  Can you relate?

I'll remember things.  I'll come up with ideas.  I'll have "ah ha!" moments.

But, if I don't write them down, by the time I get out of the shower, the thoughts are gone.  Poof.  So frustrating.

Not a problem anymore!  Not when I use my Aqua Notes!  What a relief!

// Things I love about Aqua Notes:

1. They save my sanity -- it drives me nuts when I think of something and then can't remember it later.  I always say, "if I don't write it down, it doesn't get done/remembered."

This little notepad solves this problem for me in a big way!  I'm really so grateful to have a way to easily remember whatever I'm thinking about in the shower because of my Aqua Notes pad!

2. Waterproof -- I know this one might seem obvious, but I include it because I want to state that the Aqua Notes actually do what they claim to do.  Check out this little demonstration video I made.

3. The pencil does its job -- the pencil writes well and doesn't smear (even when wet).  It sharpens just like any other pencil.

Now, if you rub the writing with your finger, it will smudge like any other pencil would, but this isn't an issue for me.  I don't go around rubbing my writing.  But, maybe that's just me?

4. The paper feels cool -- clearly, this one doesn't have much bearing on anything, but the pages of the notepad DO feel nice!  They are smooth and made out of some sort of interesting material.  So, while certainly not essential to the functionality of the product, it's nice to have pages that feel nice.

5. Did I mention saving my sanity? -- seriously, it's such a relief to me -- so I'm mentioning it again! -- to have this tool to use in the shower to capture my thoughts so that I don't lose whatever I was pondering.  Helps me stay relaxed and effective!  Thank goodness for Aqua Notes!

// Things I don't love about Aqua Notes:

1. Pages don't always tear cleanly -- this isn't a huge deal.  When this happens, I can still use the note I tore off, and I can still use the Aqua Notes pad.  But, I prefer my tear-off notepads to look "clean," if you know what I mean.

2. The suction cups don't stay stuck -- this is annoying.  When a product (any product!) has suction cups, why don't the suction cups stay suctioned???  Sigh.

I prevailed, however.  Check out the photo below.

I used the clear Command fridge clips, Command bath strips, and clear plastic lacing cord to make a little setup for myself that doesn't fall down! -- because these suction cup things ALWAYS just happen to fall in the middle of the night and startle us while we sleep, right?!?

Okie doke!  That's it for this "Things I'm Loving" post.  If you happen to give Aqua Notes a try, I hope that you like them as much as I do!
