I am so happy and grateful that I've been able to stick to my career choice for over 20 years and still love doing what I do!

 

Helping people just like you....I want to be your motivator and provide you with a connection between being healthy, happy and energised. To teach you how to nourish your body and use exercise to improve both your physical and mental strength.

My tailor-made programmes allow you to focus on what really is important  - self-care, more time and freedom and give you the energy to have fun, feel confident and socialise without being on a restrictive diet or feeling guilty. 

 

I want to provide you with easy, step by step training and nutrition principles that allow you to have the freedom to decide what is right for your body and your goals. If you lead a busy life, you need quick, simple but healthy and nutritious meals to cook for yourself and all the family.

The 3 P's That I Live By

 

As a Wellness coach, the most successful motivators and coaches I have worked with lead with passion AND purpose. They also know how to play and have fun. I love to work hard, but I also love to be in the great outdoors and play outside. Exercise and fitness should be fun and enjoyable. This is what motivates me and my clients. If you love what you do, you do it consistently and with passion. This brings great results and intrinsic motivation. As a coach, I want to make a difference and change any preconceived ideas of Personal Trainers and Nutrition Coaching. I am not a "Rep Counter" or "Drop and give me 20" kind of trainer! I want you to have a say in the training we do together. What exercises do you enjoy? What will make you skip out of bed in the morning? What goals do you want to achieve? If you want to run around after the grandkids, climb a mountain, learn how to paddleboard or just be fit for life! Then that's what excites me and the new possibilities that are just around the corner for you!

 

To have passion and purpose is to turn up day after day with an intense focus on what's most important. That's my role as a coach for you and in return I want you to remember your WHY! It is easy to lose sight of your passion and purpose, (Your WHY) when we are constantly bombarded with challenges, obstacles and hurdles in our path. However, as a coach, I support the clients I work alongside, I help to refocus their passion and purpose by playing and to help them stay motivated when the tides of change ebb and flow.

 

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients create healthy habits and routines, to help them on a quest for a healthier, fitter and more energetic life.
