"I also liked how you kind of explained to us in terms of how the best way to proceed with putting the whole thing together was, and, you know, it's hard for me to, personally to, like, be able to visualize and see the things. So I think, you know, the way you went about the process helped me a ton. And then obviously, everything looks incredible.
And that's why we need someone to say, you know, even with a real estate guy, I tell him this, and how does it work? When do I raise money? When do I do this? You know, so I get everything in line.
