About Stride for Hope
HealingChoice Family Therapy is proud to announce Stride for Hope 5K, set for Saturday, May 31st, 2025. This community event aims to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and raise funds to support local mental health initiatives.
The event will take place at Mackenzie Park, with check-in beginning at 8:00 am and the race kicking off at 9:00 am. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to join and show their support for mental health and wellness.
