My role is to serve the BetterWealth team powerfully so that they can serve our clients. I also oversee the vision, content and marketing of the team. Ultimately if BetterWealth drops the ball or fails in any area it is my fault.
My Bio:
Caleb Guilliams is the Founder and CEO of BetterWealth, a company committed to showing people how to have efficiency and control over their money today while maximizing their future wealth potential. At an early age, Caleb read every financial book he could get his hands on and was fascinated with the idea of ordinary people being able to achieve extraordinary wealth.
While still in college, he was promoted to take over the entire investment division at a local community bank where he committed to finding a better way to wealth for his clients. He traveled across the country for over two years learning from top financial experts. He eventually discovered proven strategies and principles that can empower anyone to create and protect real wealth.
Caleb is one of the youngest leaders in the industry and is quickly becoming The New Face of Finance. Excited to share and impact as many lives as possible, Caleb authored The AND Asset, hosts the BetterWealth Podcast and speaks around the world. He has a true passion for financial education and is on a mission to help people see and reach their highest potential.
Quotes:
"For, 'All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of the Lord endures forever.' And this is the word that was preached to you." -1 Peter 1:24-25
My role is to keep the trains running on time. I am the glue between Caleb and our team of teams. I have the unique opportunity of being involved in almost everything from business operations to product sales and marketing. It is my responsibility to make sure our companies run efficiently and effectively.
My definition of intentional living:
Truly living in the moment and understanding the value of time.
My Bio:
I’ve always had an engineer-like mentality and love to take things apart to see how they work. Computers have always been a great avenue for that, which I took a liking to at an early age. I also love the outdoors and am an Eagle Scout. Looking for a way to bridge the gap between computers and the outdoors led me to pursue a degree in Geographic Information Systems. I ended up finishing college with four degrees in geography. I ended up in an IT role that managed almost every specialized system on campus. During my time there I converted the majority of those systems into cloud-based solutions and eliminated a lot of paper pushing. Throughout a series of events, I wanted to get into real estate investing which led me to meeting with Caleb when he was still working at a local community bank. Instead of going into real estate, we decided to start BetterWealth and the rest is history.
As part of a team that oversees branding and marketing, my role combines design and creativity and ensures that our brand integrity is maintained throughout all of our messaging, online and offline presence, products, and services within the BetterWealth organization. Telling our story and how we can help thousands of people make better decisions with their financial future is so critical in order to reach as many people as possible.
My definition of intentional living:
Choosing to live my life by using my skills, talents, and abilities, to positively impact and inspire others, being consciously aware of all my decisions and choices that enable me to always strive towards becoming the best version of myself.

With this, as podcast manager that handles the post production of each episode, I make sure that the final output will be audible and clear in order for our listeners to get the message right and with clarity. I believe that a clear message will resonate easily to our listeners and will make them inspired and motivated.
My definition of intentional living:
Intentional living for me is having more time for being creative. This is not just for artist but applies to all people as well. As they say, productivity is for doing old things, creativity is doing new things.
My Bio:
Professional chemist with publication in material science and environmental studies. Shifted to being musician and multimedia editor to explore new things. Oftentimes touring around Metro Manila with his band, Autotelic, a pop rock band based in Philippines. He plays synthesizer, keyboard, guitar and have a fair knowledge in music production. While serving at BetterWealth as podcast manager, he is also a solopreneur that focuses on making and selling music as NFT.
My role here at BetterWealth impacts others when I use my talents and abilities to serve by taking on the burden of daily repetitive tasks, organizing events, managing content, protecting calendars, being the gate keeper, facilitating project accountability, and most importantly protecting the platform of the executive leaders so they can bring inspiration and leadership to the company. My primary role impacts others because I give Caleb the space he needs to work ON the company and not IN the company resulting in him bringing inspiration, education, leadership and impact not only to our company, but in our community and all those we have yet to serve.
My definition of intentional living:
Intentional living is never by accident, but is always the result of selfless service, effort, and execution. Intentional living is a representation of wise choices in everything we think, say and do. Intentional living is not something determined by chance, but by choice. Intentional living is a life long pursuit to turn our good intentions into actions.
My Bio:
I was born and raised in Colorado. My father was a professional athlete and pushed my brother and I into team competitive sports. I played softball on state championship teams in high school, national championship teams in club, and became an All American collegiate athlete. In 4 years of collegiate softball I had over 860 at bats and only 10 strike outs, I could hit! However, my studies took me down the path of neuroscience/physiologic and education.
I met Trevor, my husband in college and we married shortly after graduating in 2007. We had a miracle baby at the end of 2008, our daughter Elena and I worked as a teacher. I have an incredible love of learning and I absolutely love to teach. My love for teaching really stems from a love of serving people. I found after 7+ years as a teacher that I would volunteer to help people in a variety of areas and with my love of learning I have also been a photographer, wedding planner, production manager, assistant director of christian films, theater make-up artist, house cleaner, tutor, and more.
I stopped teaching shortly after our second daughter, Tirzah, was born and my husband started to work for BetterWealth in 2018 after our third daughter, Brienna, was born. It wasn't until 2019 that I began cleaning the head quarters of BetterWealth. I literally started by cleaning toilets. I moved into helping make food and hosting for the BetterWealth team shortly after for quarterly meetings and it was one Christmas dinner in 2019 that I was asked to come be the event coordinator for the team. While planning one of the first events with BetterWealth I was approached about being Caleb's assistant and in April 2020 I took and official position at BetterWealth. I never expected 10 years ago that my biography would include such a variety of jobs descriptions and have the ability to learn and grow in areas such as podcasting, video production, course development, event planning and more.
As the head Wealth Coach of BetterWealth, my role has a large impact to lead, teach and listen to not only our clients but our Wealth Coaches as well. I have a strong conviction to show up powerfully for the team and the amazing clients we serve. If I fall in that area, it impacts more than just one person and that's why I strongly believe in serving strong and with a positive, convicting impact. Heading up the Operations team takes humility and extreme ownership and that's what I strive for daily.
My definition of intentional living:
Intentional living, to me, is striving to unlock our full abilities while being present with the people you encounter in your life. Taking moments to think through each decision, acting with purpose and reflecting on the result and how to consistently be improving all leads to intentionality. The time we have with those closest to us is quick to flee and there is always an opportunity to pour into them, enjoy the small moments and bring them up to desire to serve, love, be present and improve: intentional living.
My role at BetterWealth is to help people find what is most important to them. This can range from dreams, goals, ambitions, family, faith and more. Then I guide people down a path to where they can make an educated decision on what financial product can help them live an intentional life around what is most important to them. If the people I interact with decide the And Asset is right for them I continue to educate and help them set up this tool properly to live an intentional life. Being the and asset specialist I truly believe the And Asset can truly impact the lives of many to live more intentionally and leave a legacy on this earth.
My definition of intentional living:
Intentional living is living life with a purpose. Choosing to wake up every day and have a plan for your life. To seek to be the best version of yourself day in and day out. Living intentional means that you are making decisions every day small and large to accomplish your goals and to truly walk in your purpose that was created for you by God. Being intentional is a choice and a life long journey. We wont be perfect in living and intentional life but we can be intentional of trying to do it to the best of our ability.

How my role impacts others:
My role at BetterWealth is to help bring hope, clarity and control to our clients as it pertains to their money. I do this by listening to people well, seeking to understand where they're at. From there, we use particular financial tools and dialogue to help make appropriate financial decisions based off of the results they're hoping to achieve. I once heard a wise man say "if you aim at nothing, you'll hit it with amazing accuracy" and my role helps to minimize ambiguity and focus in on what matters most.
My definition of intentional living:
To me, it's simple. Intentional living is about living my life without regrets. It means that I'm able to make deliberate decisions in all areas of my life (family, friends, work, spirituality, etc.) so that I can maximize my God-given time, talents, and treasures for as long as He has me here on Earth.

How my role impacts others:
My role is to serve the the Operations team in a way that allows them to show up strong for our clients. I do this through taking many of the small tasks off their plate which allows them to focus on what they do best. I also help behind the scenes with projects and hosting guests.
My definition of intentional living:
My definition of intentional living: I envision intentional living as pausing at any moment before acting and thinking over if it supports the type of person God has called me to be. Having an awareness of my actions and the affect it has on others is powerful and that is what motivates me to be intentional in every area of my life. I want to have an impact on other's that pushes them to think about how they want to show up in the world and the positive impact they can have. Everyone has the opportunity to show up powerfully and it all starts with someone taking the moment to be intentional.

My mission as the lead content producer for BetterWealth is to bring to life the authentic, passionate, and world-changing vision of my team. I oversee all creative projects as-well-as manage BetterWealth's social media accounts and presence.
My definition of intentional living:
To chase curiosity and passions without hindrance or limitations. To explore the world around me and enjoy the gifts of life, family, and love. To serve others in a way that leaves a lasting impact for generations to come.
My Bio:
I grew up in East St. Paul, MN, as the youngest of 3 sons. I was homeschooled through high school and spent most of my time training in Judo and other sports and activities. I became a three-time national champion in Judo and earned a silver at the Junior Olympics. After sustaining many injuries to my head and body, I knew it was time to retire at 21. During this period of my life, I decided to take my passion for music and entrepreneurship more seriously, so I dropped out of nursing school and started my next journey. For four years, I toured around the country, playing music, acting in movies, and developing a knack for content creation and social media. In 2019, I met my wife Jasmine, and began searching for something more sustainable to support our soon-to-be family of three. It wasn't until 2021 that we discovered BetterWealth. I knew from the moment I read the job description and the heart behind the company that I would do whatever I could to get the job.
The wonderful thing about BetterWealth is they don't just promote "intentional living" as a fun slogan. They live it out. This job allows me to invest daily in my passions and dreams without fear of failing or being forced into a mold. BetterWealth is the company of the future, and I couldn't be more thrilled to help see it to that actualization.
My role is to help BetterWealth spread their vision, mission, and knowledge towards millions and millions of people in the social media space with my ability and experience to craft engaging short-form videos. Though I don't face any of the clients, I have the special opportunity to help bridge the gap between BetterWealth and the potential clients.
My definition of intentional living:
Intentional living for me is living my life to the fullest, without regrets, and without letting society dictate my every move.
My Bio:
I started my career in the field of internet marketing in a corporate setting after going to college. But wanting more freedom, I made the jump to freelancing and left corporate 3 years later and used my experience of editing videos for various clients as a side job and turned it into a main job. Through the years, I have worked for entrepreneurs, real estate agents, fitness gurus, music teachers, and YouTubers. Eventually, one of my clients led me to meet with Caleb and work there at BetterWealth.
My role w/ BetterWealth has been, from its inception, to serve and assist within a Client Service capacity, primarily in the space of underwriting w/ our insurance branch (Life & DI). My role allowed the company to expand our reach, being the primary contact between our insurance carriers, our clients, and our agents/coaches...to name a few relationships. Problem solving is definitely a huge part of this role, but it is more of a goal to problem seek...to get in front of anything to best serve those we are working with.
My definition of intentional living:
Intentional living is not coasting through life. At first it will require a lot of "thought power" to be intentional in the most important areas of our life, but eventually with consistency with living that out it will become easier, almost second nature in many ways...though still will require evaluation and accountability to ensure the desired path is being followed as best as possible, as we can always improve.
My Bio:
Coming from a family of 10 children, I have my fair share of...well, let's just call it experience. My wife (Mariah) and I currently have three children of our own (Elena, Tirzah, & Brienna), all of whom are amazing blessings in our lives and privileged to be chosen to be their parents. We very much enjoy doing many different things together as a family, primarily quick trips to see different parts of CO (which helps to have family and good friends to visit during those times). We all enjoy the outdoors, good food, as well as music & family movie time. I would say fairly typical things, but the most important thing is that we are doing it together.
Quotes:
"But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:15b
My role is to serve our clients to the best of my ability, and make sure that the relationship between our insurance carriers, and our clients is well maintained, and requests are processed in a timely manner. The life insurance process is messy, and takes far too long. I am doing everything I can to make this fun, and efficient.
My definition of intentional living:
Intentional living is making a definitive choice to not let life happen around me, but instead impact life around me through my work and social life by serving others through Christ.
My Bio:
I did everything I could to become an intern for BetterWealth while it was still still in a basement in Stevens Point, WI. During my college years I spent time pouring over Caleb's lectures and doing what I could to learn how they would impact as many lives as possible. Becoming one of their biggest advocates during this time, I slowly transitioned into learning the underwriting process with Trevor Wood, and acquiring communicative skills needed to serve people to the best of my ability. in September of 2020, I transitioned into a full time position as the Underwriting Specialist to guide people through our process. I love to serve people in any way that I can, and would like to do the same for you.
Interests:
My wife and I enjoy going on hikes, riding our bikes to the nearest ice cream we can find, or spending a lazy Sunday playing Cribbage. I have spent 14 years playing disc golf and ball golf, and also enjoy beach volleyball, and anything physically active. I enjoy riding my motorcycle as the sun sets, and spending time around the people I care for most.
My role is to serve our clients during the accumulation phase of their financial journeys. With BetterWealth Capital, I serve in a fiduciary capacity, which means that our clients goals, vision and purpose come before our bottom line and they always will. I consult and partner alongside our clients with regards to their investment portfolios and give guidance where needed. I have a unique opportunity to clear up investment confusion our clients may have, and to clearly articulate the purpose of investing for the long term without making our clients feel foolish. The investment industry needs to change for the better and we want to be that catalyst.
My definition of intentional living:
Intentional living is living a life of service with unlimited options to serve however I am called, with whoever I am called, and whenever I am called. My wife and I derive high levels of fulfillment from loving and serving people. “Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love” -1 John 4:8.
My Bio:
Jonathan Kreidt has the unique opportunity to serve as the President of BetterWealth Capital. BetterWealth Capital is a Registered Investment Advisor and serves its clients in the accumulation phase of their financial journey. Jonathan started his career in the financial services industry as an analyst for a currency trading fund. Quickly, he realized that relationships with people were massively important to him and joined a firm to serve as a junior advisor. After that, he had the opportunity to wholesale for an alternative investment sponsor, which gave him a unique perspective on the investment advisor landscape.
Jonathan is committed to intentional living and intentional investing for the long term. He views money as a tool that should be used to bless people. As president of BetterWealth Capital, Jonathan strives to optimize his clients’ accumulation plan as it relates to their goals, vision and purpose. He believes in always challenging the status quo and that the phase “this is how we have always done things” is one of the most dangerous things an organization can share. Jonathan also serves alongside his wife at Nathaniel’s Hope and Night to Shine because of their hearts to serve the special needs community.
Interests:
I love deep meaningful relationships with people of all walks of life. I enjoy traveling, a quality anejo tequila, and pretty much any adrenaline pumping experience you can think of. When I am not serving BetterWealth Capital you can likely find my wife and I at the golf course, pushing the envelope on a snowboard or reading to prepare for our BetterWealth Book Club.

I continuously monitor and research ways to consolidate our software as we grow and have saved the company thousands of dollars in monthly recurring business expenses. I am on-call 24/7 and make myself available when problems arise to ensure everything is operational.

How my role impacts others:
My role is taking the raw footage shot by a film crew and director and turning it into the final product. Following an outline, script or short list and assembling the footage into one cohesive video or film. It is my responsibility to review all the footage and create the best output by cutting and connecting various footage, adding sound effects and graphics and fine-tuning the completed video. Working closely with Joel to present a final product that matches the Bettwerwealth's vision.
My definition of intentional living:
One thing you remember the most and take with you in life is your experiences. Life is short, and time is the one most important resource we can never replenish no matter how badly we want to. Spending most of your life trying to reach the peak of success through a consumerism-driven life is not intentional living. Chasing false images of success is not being intentional, living a life influenced by outside expectations will keep you from living intentionally.
My Bio:
As a previous Network Infrastructure Engineer and a College IT Instructor, I have excellent knowledge of the technology industry which helps me easily cope with the latest tools and applications to perform my tasks.
