About the author
François Grégoire is a physiotherapist. A 2007 graduate of the University of Ottawa, he works to raise public awareness about the importance of taking care of one's physical health, without over-medicalization, by making physiotherapy a bigger part of people's lives, for their own good and that of physio professionals, who deserve greater recognition. Francois is also founder and CEO at Mouvement Physio .
