All Summer we’ve been sharing mindset tips, everything from positivity to conquering fear and caring less about others’ opinions to avoiding the “busy” trap. So, how do we make these things stick? It’s really a daily practice of doing the work. Some days you’re going to wake up strong with the sun shining. Yet there will still be days when you get up on the wrong side of the bed. How do you keep your mind in check? Here are 3 tips:
I was a resistant mindset student. I avoided it for a long time. It seemed awkward and purposeless. But somewhere along the way I decided to give it a try. And through challenging times, it’s the tool that helps me move forward. It’s my go-to tool for my own personal development.
