Fitness Programs
I started out in the health fitness industry in 1994 as a group exercise instructor, personal fitness trainer, and sports nutritionist. Over the years, I have trained over a thousand individuals, teach fitness classes, and conduct fitness assessments. I also deliver health, fitness and nutritional counseling, in some form or another
Fitness training, classes and assessments are available both in person and online.
Fitness Assessment
Fitness assessments are designed to determine a client's current fitness level, establish appropriate program design, and benchmark progress.

Fitness Training
Personalized Fitness training is available to help each individual achieve their unique goals while respecting their abilities and limitations. I use an integrated approach that combines both the old and new.
We will start off with an assessment, determine your wants and needs, and then use a combination of techniques including resistance, cardiovascular, flexibility, functional, and mobility training modalities. We will design a program that is right for you, evaluate, and benchmark progress.
