          ❇️     Provide them with value and incentives

          ❇️     Think of what do you have a value that they would want 

          ❇️     Make it about them

 

Takeaways From Dr. Mark On Nurturing Speaker Relationships

          ➡️     It's all about the follow up process 

                    🔵     If it's not processed, if it's not planned, it doesn't happen

          ➡️     Messaging 

                    🔵     If your messaging is not correct, nobody opts in to your summit

          ➡️     Don’t spend too much time with the speaker  (post-interview) 

                    🔵     Make them feel good, celebrate the win, let them know what's coming to help remind them of the                                       promotional schedule, then get off

          ➡️     Send them an email two to three hours later 

                    🔵     Tell them how awesome they were with something specific from that interview

          ➡️     Follow up a week, then a couple of weeks later 

                    🔵     Send them a video email. Let them know how you enjoyed the session

          ➡️     Give. It’s all about the speakers 

                    🔵     Ask them if there’s anything that they have coming up that you can do for them

 

Common Newbie Mistakes

          👉     Messaging

                    🔵     Have a clear but effective call to action messaging

                    🔵     That message is continuous throughout your whole summit

          👉     Interviews

                    🔵     Nobody wants to watch boring interviews

          👉     Be creative

                   🔵     Make it different and engaging

                   🔵     Not having the processes planned out

                   🔵     Give yourself more time to do your summit than last time
