Operations Manager is responsible for keeping the whole factory and supply-chain running to meet order due dates as well as planning and building for future growth.

- Daily Production out KPI's

- Quality Score

- Responsible for achieving DIFOT

- Lean Manufacturing Implementation and Maintenance

- Plant and Equipment oversight and CAPEX

- Setting up and refining new production lines 

- Achieve current targets, and build capability for future growth
