Please try these simple troubleshooting steps before proceeding:

1.Delete (or Uninstall) the APP from your device, and reinstall again

2.Download all the latest available updates on your device

3. Power your phone down and completely restart the device

4. Turn your Bluetooth OFF and back ON again 

5. Turn your Location Service OFF and back ON again
