We work together to uncover who you really are beyond the box that you've put yourself in. We use the enneagram as a tool in discovering our true selves, challenging our old selves, and becoming who we were always meant to be.

Not only do you get access to my entire digital suite (it currently includes the enneagram mini-course and the course for your type), but you also have a space dedicated for your sessions, notes, and reflections.
weekly tasks
I'm a former educator, but I don't see this as homework. These tasks are offerings to support you in the development toward your goals. It includes, but isn't limited to reflection questions, journaling prompts, embodiment work, or wellness tips.

We start to explore the paths for your core type and how each shows up for you and how to use these paths to identify your current reality and grow.
Balancing the Centers of Intelligence
We discuss your dominant way of processing information and begin to explore other ways to most effectively access the other centers of intelligence.
Conflict Coping Style
We begin to explore how your type shows up in relationships and handles loss and disappointment.
Communication & Interpersonal Coping Style
We'll discuss how your type communicates with others to get your needs met. We dive into what you think you need to do to get other people to see you, appreciate you, or help you feel loved and accepted.
Please note: While some thrive on structure, others need more flexibility. All the following topics will be addressed during the duration of your program, but depending on your needs - it may happen in a different order such that it best serves you, your current needs, and the goals you're accomplishing.

How much does it cost?
How much is it worth to finally be in control?
You’ve spent YEARS trying to do this on your own and you don't have to anymore. Investing in a coach is an investment in yourself. It is the fastest way to achieve your goals. When fears come up like “I can’t afford it,” interrogate that. For some, what you're really saying is you don’t trust yourself to make this work and usually there's a deeper fear beneath.
That being said, please know that I believe in you, and I'm here to support YOU! If you're dedicated to your journey, then finances should not be a barrier to your goal and we work together to ensure that it isn't. Please connect with me to chat about your goals and payment plans.

What is the time commitment? How often are the sessions?
We start with an onboarding call where we dive into your goals for coaching and enneagram journey inclusive of a typing interview. For the enneagram coaching package, there are 8 weekly sessions for 50 minutes.
For the enneagram + wellness or enneagram for mompreneurs coaching, each session is 75 minutes. During this call we’ll determine the cadence that works best to support your current lifestyle & achieving your goals: weekly calls or every other week (for a period of 3-6 months depending on your needs and goals).
For all packages, there will be tasks between sessions to support your journey. These tasks vary between 20-60 minutes.
How do I know if 1:1 coaching is right for me?
A lot of factors can go into determining the right fit, but here is a starting point:
- You have 2-4 goals in mind over the next 3-6 months
- Working on your own (either via self-help books or attending one-day workshops) has been insufficient in seeing the results you want
- You thrive when having a partner who can hear all of you, and are then open to receiving feedback
- You are pretty clear on some patterns or habits that are contributing to what’s stopping you, but are unsure about how to reinvent those patterns
- You are currently building a team of people to support you in your development, and coaching feels like an obvious next step

How is enneagram coaching different from enneagram + wellness coaching?
My enneagram coaching package focuses specifically on teaching and applying the enneagram in your life. For example: In an enneagram coaching session you'll engage with a module asynchronously (i.e. - conflict coping styles), we'll review it, answer questions that came up for you from the module, and then discuss how it shows up and impacts you in your life.
My enneagram and wellness package is for enneagram enthusiasts who get the basics and desire to use it for a whole life transformation. We’ll dive deeply into integrating the enneagram into your focused on the dimensions of wellness that resonate most for you in this season (physical, social, emotional, occupational, etc). We may cover all 8 or we could dive deeply into just one area - your goals will be the guide to personalize this program just for you.
How do I know if enneagram for mompreneurs is right for me?
I define mompreneurs loosely. This program is a good fit for either a momma desiring to start her biz with the knowledge and training to make it so, but lacking the biz finesse and personal accountability to launch it.
Or the high-achieving momma excelling professionally (in your 9-5 or entrepreneurship) but frantic at home with the littles trying to avoid overwhelm and burnout -- but it just keeps creeping up.
We go through a combination of enneagram, biz, and wellness to support you in achieving your goals within this container. This program is specifically for professional growth, by way of personal development.
What is your coaching style?
I work with a mix of analysis and action, listening closely to your stories, helping you reframe your narratives, and giving you actionable plans and accountability that will help you compassionately work toward your goals and better understand yourself and your motivations.
My approach is also integral, which means I take you as a whole person into account as we work together — your mind, body, spirit, and the way you are moving through the world. You may come to me with a problem you are facing in your business, but we’re likely to also discuss and look at your overall wellness, personal relationships, your environment, and more. After each session, I offer next steps which include (but aren't limited to) journaling practices, meditations, mindfulness practices, and body work personalized to your specific needs.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy helps address and explore past traumas and patterns stemming from your childhood, while coaching is more actionable and forward-looking toward goals and creating a life you will find more fulfillment from.
I’m obsessed with therapy and believe that enneagram work in conjunction with therapy is super powerful and beneficial, but not required.
What if I don’t know my type?
No problem! We’ll work through this during our onboarding call and work together to uncover your enneagram type!
