Debbie Hampton recovered from decades of unhealthy thinking and depression, a suicide attempt and resulting brain injury, to become the founder of The Best Brain Possible, a website sharing information on the brain as well as psychological, emotional and mental health issues. 

 

She has written two books, Beat Depression and Anxiety by Changing Your Brain and Sex, Suicide and Serotonin: Taking Myself Apart and Putting Myself Back Together and is a regular contributor to online publications such as Huffington Post and MindBodyGreen.
