Based in London, UK, I work with a wide cross-section of Clients in the UK and Internationally – in-person, online via zoom, MS Teams, or telephone, with a hybrid/blended learning approach, or through a combination of other technology applications – whatever works best for you.
I enjoy supporting other people’s growth, change & transition whilst encouraging my clients to focus on their strengths and overcome any obstacles or barriers which may be getting in the way of their desired outcome.
Why me?
I bring a down-to-earth, warm and grounded approach, ensuring client’s feel at ease. I pride myself on my adaptability, being able to flex to what is needed in the moment, drawing on an eclectic range of coaching approaches & life skills, and injecting energy or calm depending upon the situation.
I have a strong academic and practical background in coaching, as well as being trained across many coaching modalities, drawing on approaches including Systems & Constellations, NLP and Transactional Analysis and a range of other tools. I’m a strong believer in building on strengths, and enjoy working with individuals and teams to explore where their individual and collective energy is most present.
