Self-Love and Self-Care
Are super important to everything I do
Making sure you look after yourself in a way that works you and helps you feel special.
So it makes sense for you to have the most fabulous products to use so you can create self-care routines and rituals that fit into your life and really embed the self-love.
I wanted to share with you the companies I use in my self-care practices because they have helped me to feel good about who I am.
Not just caring for my skin and the self-care practices or rituals but because I researched the ethics of both companies so I was sure I was using the most ethical and earth friendly products I could as well.
If you ever dropped in on my house you'd see how important crystals are in my self-care and spiritual practices so I share this with women I work with and they had to feature here too.
Tropic
I chose Tropic because their products are gentle on my sensitive skin and they've helped my skin look better than it's ever looked. Their ethics matched mine too, to work with nature as much as possible.
Their ultimate purpose is a Cleaner, Greener, More Empowered World.
Their skin, body and hair care is completely vegan, cruelty free and full of skin and planet friendly ingredients. Not only that, they smell amazing so you'll want to use them. They're easy to use - no complicated routine so they'll fit easily into your day and they're luxury at an affordable price. A definite pamper yourself and feel good experience.
Spellbound
Smells are one of the things we find most evocative as humans. I bet you can still remember the smell of your mum's perfume or the smell of your favourite dinner cooking.
So it makes sense to have wax products like candles and melts to add to a self-care routine. There are certain smells that help us feel relaxed, calm or even motivated and ready for action.
It was really important to me that they were earth friendly and didn't contain paraffin waxes which can create toxic fumes as well.
The crystals I use in my meditations and wear when I am going out are all Spellbound crystals too. I use them to set intentions into for meditating and manifesting. To keep next to my bed to help my sleep routines and for changing my energy as well. So it was important to me to find somewhere I could get high grade, ethically sourced crystals that won't break the bank.
This is what I found in Spellbound so I want to share them with you too.
