Hi, I'm Myrna!

For the last 5 years I’ve coached overwhelmed, business moms (and women without children) feel more present and create the life they desire. Later, I discovered the beauty of enneagram and combined it with health coaching. As a dreamer (Type 1), I’m known as a multi-passionate human who thrives off of creativity and helping others become their best selves.

Enneahealth was born out of my frustration and stress as a tired wife, exhausted mom of an infant, and a new business owner, I struggled to create balance in my life. The juggle was challenging and in the process, I learned that what I was consuming wasn’t helping me. 

 

Every time I ate pizza, it made me feel nauseated and fatigued. Every time I had dairy, it made me feel worse! After looking into my enneagram type to fully understand who I am, I started to eat what I wanted and when I needed. I became happier and fueled my body with what it asked for, not what the diet trends forced into me! 

 

I desired more freedom with food and to feel empowered by my decisions. I wanted flexibility without a ton of structure behind every action so I could start living the way I wanted to.

 

I learned to trust my body and instill a food wisdom into me that has not only helped me feel more energized but an extra productive and efficient business owner.
