MEALS + SNACKS FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

GEORGIA'S FAMILY-FRIENDLY COOKING COURSE

COOKING THAT IS LOW ON EFFORT BUT BIG ON FLAVOUR

There’s very few things better in this world than great food. But at home, good food often comes at a cost.

It costs you time
It costs you money
It costs all your attention, while who knows what the little ones are getting up to.

Georgia Levy is an accomplished cook and has worked in many different sections of the food industry, from high-end restaurants to creating recipes for world famous publications such as The Guardian and House & Garden.

But the most important people she cooks for are her family. And just like you, that’s when she wants recipes that are low on effort but big on flavour. Georgia has designed a cooking course for mums that has an exciting range of dishes which any of us can make, just using basic tools and simple skills.

There’s easy curries that bring flavour without burning little tongues.

There’s shortcut risotto that won’t leave you stirring for hours wondering why someone is being suspiciously quiet in the other room.

And there’s peanut butter snack bars that can instantly cure the hungry grumps when you’re out and about.

Here’s what’s included in the course

  • Pumpkin & Farro Risotto [25 mins to prep, 25 mins to cook] If you love risotto, but don’t have the time to stand over your pot and stir for 20 minutes, this is the dish for you.
  • Butter Chicken Curry [25 mins to prep, 35 mins to cook] A super delicious, mild curry ideal for introducing kids to spice. You can substitute the chicken for almost anything and the sauce freezes nicely.
  • Salad Bag Pesto Pasta [5 minutes to prep, 15 minutes to cook] This is the quickest pasta sauce Georgia knows, it takes less time than cooking your pasta. In fact, you don’t even need to get your chopping board out. If you struggle to get your kids to eat greens or salad, this recipe will have them eating half a bag of salad without them even knowing.
  • Peanut Butter Health Bars [15 mins to prep, 25 mins to cook] This is very quick to whip up and fun to make with the kids too. It’s an ideal pick-me-up energy snack or even dessert that can be served with yoghurt or ice cream.
  • Quick Sausage Pasta [5 mins to prep, 2o mins to cook] This is a brilliant recipe to fall back on if you don’t have much time but feel like a filling, comforting meal. It’s very similar to bolognese, but doesn’t require the hours and hours of simmering.

The course comes complete with downloadable recipe cards so that you can easily refer back to the ingredients list and method.

But that’s not all. When you buy Georgia's course you’ll also get free lifetime access to our private forum on Facebook where you can discover a community of mums, for mums, by mums! This is your safe place to connect and ask other supportive mums all the questions you have on your mind.

So come cook with Georgia and turn your kitchen into a place of joy, relaxation and deliciousness.
