Catch is a cross-platform application with a simple Tinder-style interface that encourages employees to answer questions about their peers and recognize their colleagues. It also helps them to get to know each other more. Catch uses this data to build the employees' relationship graph and generate a 360 review for the company. Additionally, Catch finds networks of people interested in hanging out with each other, grabbing a coffee, or going to lunch and proposing that to the group. The employers can choose to fund these activities.
