This no-pressure or obligation call is to give you the opportunity to tell me about your issue and see if my approach to overcoming it would work for you. If you decide that I'm the right person to help you, we can take it from there.
STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR PLAN
Decide How to Move Forward
Everyone's needs are different, so depending on your situation, I will suggest to start with either one session to start with or a 4 to 6 session plan. But the choice is ultimately yours.
START YOUR SESSIONS
Sessions 1-4: See a Shift
We explore your issue on different levels. Through talking and various techniques such as NLP, hypnotherapy, coaching, mind-body reconnection, and exercises in between sessions, we work together to remove blockages, change limiting beliefs and work through whatever we need to for you to overcome the problem. By Session 4 you should have more clarity and start to see a shift towards change.
SOLIDIFY CHANGE
Sessions 5-6: Hypnotherapy (optional)
Session 5 may be time for your optional personalised hypnotherapy session to help you solidify changes that are already happening. If you choose not to have hypnotherapy, we continue with sessions but with additional exercises to get the same results. By the end of Session 6, you should have the clarity and tools you need for long-term progress. We will assess where you're at and decide if more sessions would be beneficial or if you feel well equipped to put things into practice.
