A Culture of No Drama

People who lead sales teams have a common struggle.

They spend too much time on the people who cause the most problems.

It's the people who underperform or who resist the culture who seem to get the most attention.

The people who do perform and who do buy into the culture really don't like when this happens.

They wonder why the underperformers and the prima donnas get the attention.  They actually wonder why they are allowed to be on the team in the first place.

They end up feeling resentful and disengaged.

They start commiserating with their like-minded peers on the team.

This is when rumors start and trust erodes.

The result is a culture of drama.
