How can I become a Next Level University Member? 


The only way to become a FULL Next Level University Member is to join eXp Realty and name a sponsor who is already a Next Level University Member. However, any agent from any brokerage can gain LIMITED access to ONLY our University courses and products by purchasing them. This will not give you access to the other NLA benefits, such as the online and in-person masterminds, the free coaching, free collaboration and our life changing passive income program.

No! We will keep the conversation 100% confidential. 

If I schedule a consultation call, do I have to join eXp?


No! You have the right to reseach brokerages, ask questions and shop around.

What is discussed on the consultation call?


We will discuss your current situation, your real estate goals and determine if eXp Realty and our Group, Next Level Agents, is a good fit. Even if you don't join us, we aim to give you great advice and point you in the right direction. And we will be low-pressure and helpful.

Why has your eXp group grown so fast?


Next Level Agents are one of the fastest growing and largest groups in eXp because we are some of the top agents, team leaders and recruiters in the company. We sell more homes and sponsor more agents than most, and other agents want to be a part of that.

What's the difference between a "team" and "revenue share group" at eXp Realty?


The terms "team" and "revenue share group" are often used interchangeably. When you join eXp Realy, you must name a "sponsor", or person who most influenced you to join the company. The sponsor will serve as your business partner, mentor and friend. And the sponsors above that sponsor will also play a role in your success, so the "group" you join matters. For this reason, many agents joining eXp Realty want to know how active a group is, what resources they share and how productive are the agents regarding selling homes and recruiting agents. 

 

Keep in mind that many agents also use the term "team" to indicate a small group of agents led directly by a supervising broker. They may share a CRM, share leads, practice scripts together and more. This type of small business is different than an eXp revenue share group (also known as "team") in the sense that they are more of an active business.
