So, how did I come to be working with people like you, showing you how to reconnect with your intuition, heal your body, mind, and spirit, rid yourself of distractions and harmful habits, and basically take charge of your whole spiritual awakening?

​Many people will tell you about the one singular moment that defined or shaped their lives. I do not have that moment - with me things have always grown deliberately, slowly, and with divine guidance. For many years I didn't realize that it wasn't "luck" that pointed me in the right direction; I was actually following my intuition. Coming from a stoic, pragmatic, non-demonstrative family, I was living unconsciously and superficially without the language I needed to articulate what I was feeling and experiencing. This was not a bad thing. It taught me to be a straight shooter. I don’t sugar-coat things or gloss over the “bad” stuff. I will give it to you straight – no fluff, just lots of love. My mom once gave me the biggest compliment of my life without even knowing she was doing it when she said, “if you don’t want to know the truth, don’t ask Louise”.

My "awakening" to conscious living occurred over twenty years ago when I was hiking in the mountains with my husband and our two dogs. Looking over the most magnificent valley, I was overcome with​ the realization that my purpose in life was so much more than just being an accountant. I visualized running a retreat centre in those very mountains, where people could recharge, heal and reconnect with the essence of who they are. I then did my usual linear, left brain thing of doing as much research as I could about how to achieve that goal. 

Waking up from a long sleep can be frightening, rather like a teenager going through puberty. Weird stuff happens that you can’t explain, you don’t want to talk about it because you don’t want to be judged, and you often wish that things would just go back to how they used to be because, even though things weren’t great, they were familiar and you knew how to deal with them. Thing is, once you’ve woken up you can’t go back to sleep. All you can do is try to find people who know what you’re going through, who

can show you how to work with the changes happening to you on a daily basis, and who totally get your weird stories because they are experiencing the same thing. Over the years of learning many different energy healing modalities and doing lots of internal work slaying dragons and trying to achieve a state of bliss, I met many different, amazing teachers who seemed to come into my life at the exact moment I needed them. All my teachers have met me where I’m at. They have all been very generous, loving, practical, and extremely magical. I am so grateful for the solid foundation they helped me build because I now have the ability to fly as high as I want while keeping my feet planted firmly on the planet. It’s like being a high wire acrobat who doesn’t need a safety harness because the safety net will always be there to catch them if they fall.

I have since made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my professional life to showing newly awakened souls how to integrate their transformation into their daily lives so they can move forward more comfortably on their life’s journey. I show them how to take the overwhelm out of their spiritual growth. The work I do with others involves creating a safe space and holding the energy while they heal themselves. I am the pot that holds the stew while it transforms from a handful of separate, relatively unappetizing ingredients into a deliciously delectable dish that feeds the soul. I am a perpetual student - I love learning new things that will make life more fulfilling. I am always excited to share what I learn with others because I firmly believe that life is too short to reinvent the wheel. I absolutely love showing people the path they can take to get back on track quickly and safely.
