Is it spring yet?
It sure is. You know what that means, right?? Right?
You... Springggg cleannnnnn....
This has been a ritual of mine for years. Not only does my house get a complete inside out declutter and insane clean, but so do I. Nothing radical. I don't stop eating and live on fluids for a month or anything like that. It's more of a recalibration of the shift in my internal seasons to my external seasons. We are intrinsically linked to those subtle yet seasonal shifts not just physically, but emotionally. We are, after all, a reflection of creation.
How many times have you tried ‘’new year new me‘’ ( eye roll ) or liver cleanses in the spring only to fall back into your usual BS before the season has even finished?! But you know what’s NOT BS? Working with your internal organs to get you lean, clean and clear. Sexy right?
It takes a village baby!
Wellness can often feel like a lonely life sentence with our only motivator being who shows up in your bathroom's mirrors refection in the morning. Because let's face it, making healthy, holistic changes and sticking to them is two very different things.
But what if you had a community who were on the same treadmill as you?
Would you feel more supported and motivated?
What if you had a simple guide to help you get started with realistic goals that you could actually commit to and get behind?
I got you boo.
Want to do “Spring break” with me? I promise all the fun of spring break just without the hangover. Think more dewy shiny skin and amazing energy.
Self mastery doesn’t revolve around-
-Loneliness
-Savage detoxes ( un sustainable bs )
-Agony... taking care of your miracle suit ( the body ) gets to be pleasurable.
Don’t believe me? You will.
So here is what I’m proposing. Picture this..
30 days of me and you
30 days of working with spring within ( wood element )
30 days of sexy time with your liver/gallbladder ( no nasty olive oil and Epsom salt needed )
30 days of gentle internal cleansing
30 days of recipes and instruction
30 days of inspiration - because we all need that
30 days of community motivation - it’s tribe or die baby
30 days of bada**ing your wellness
30 days of empowerment
And 30 days till you feel like a shiny new human being
Weekly lives and daily content
And we are going to do it together! No more popping expensive supplements and drinking that nasty green smoothie ( this is a personal statement… 🤣) in the morning alone. Nope.
No more having conversions with your reflection about why the hell you just couldn’t leave that ice cream alone. No more solitary procrastination ( we can do that in a group 🤣 it’s more fun )
Life’s serious enough without feeling less than the miracle that you are. The season of spring is about movement, vision, growth, imagination, and actualisation.
It’s fresh and it’s vibrant and we are about to release all and everything that’s got you feeling less than that.
SPRING BREAK starts May 22nd!
30 days of committed, community, badassery to gently lead you through a “spring clean”.
You don’t have to do it alone. Let’s do it together.
This is a perfect opportunity to lighten, physically and emotionally, readying for a lighter more expansive version of you!
This will run for 30 days via Telegram and will start on May 22nd, 2022.
Entry to this event requires you to commit to yourself... your time, your energy and your $55.
Are you ready?

Through her dedicated practice, Michelle supports the awakening of this capability through her patients and clients. By not only supporting them with the application of treatment, but providing them with a framework that supports the holistic person. Allowing the body and its subtle bodies to ignite homeostasis. This is what she calls self-mastery.
