I've been working 1:1 with clients for the last year but there's only so much time in the day! I've been wanting to reach more people without burning myself out... I’ve been seeing 1:1 clients for a few years now and since I’m a full-time mom to a toddler and a baby, the amount of time I have to see clients is limited. I’ve been wanting to combine my knowledge and expertise in holistic health and wellness and mind-body healing into an accessible course that helps women transform chronic stress and limiting beliefs in order to heal and intentionally create a life they love as a way to serve more people and also save time during 1:1 sessions.

Everything provided so far has been incredibly helpful and also feel a sense of true devotion and support emanating through each module. Really loving all of the times you are honest about past lessons learned and how honest you are about your insecurities but taking imperfect action anyway-very relatable and gives me permission and confidence to take imperfect action as well.
