The Metabolic Food Solution programme incorporates 5 powerful components:
1 - The science bit
Throughout the programme I'll be sharing the latest findings from weight loss science. We'll redefine what healthy means by using the latest research on energy, fat burn and weight loss, so you have a new understanding of what types of food will trigger weight loss.
You may find that this releases you from many of the restrictions you've been trying to stick to, which haven't been helping you at all.
2 - The testing process
I take you through a series of tests to find out which foods support your weight loss and which foods are making it difficult for you. We'll review your current metabolic state, your current habitual meals, and measure the effect they are having on your body.
You'll discover which meals are helping you towards your weight loss goals and which ones are blocking you - it's different for everyone.
3 - Realigning your meals
As we build up a knowledge-bank about your body's reactions to different foods I will show you how to realign your menu to suit your unique food profile. This will make it easier for your body to release weight, and will help you to get more stability to your energy and hunger.
When you eat foods that are gentle on your metabolism you reduce your energy slumps and cravings.
4 - Adapting and refining
Through the testing process we'll identify the foods that are making it difficult for you to lose weight. I'll show you how to modify the way your body reacts to those foods with small but powerful adaptations to make them gentler on your body, and accelerate the benefits of your new way of eating.
The more and more we fine-tune our foods the easier it will be to lose weight.
5 - Enhancing your menu
With your unique understanding of yourself and the foods that support your weight loss and wellbeing, I'll encourage you to branch out and try new foods. I want to give you the ability to reclaim your food freedom by expanding your range of foods to give you maximum choice and flexibility.

Blood sugar is my passion. But diabetes adds a whole new dimension to weight management. And techniques that work for non-diabetic people often wouldn't be appropriate for those with diabetes.
I haven't been able to tailor this programme to be suitable for those with diabetes, but I am able to help you in my 1-2-1 package - see "Ways to work with me" for more details.
Nope! This programme is specifically designed to work with the foods that you ALREADY eat. We may adapt some of them, but you may be surprised to find that some of the "unhealthy" foods that you enjoy are actually not harming your weight loss efforts at all. Guilt-free indulgence, what's not to love?
Nope, there's no point in making you go hungry - that's not a sustainable way to lose weight - you'd find it hard to stick to in the long term, and it wouldn't be healthy for your body. My aim is to help you to choose foods that you find satisfying, but that support your weight loss goals.
This programme is about food, not supplements. If you already take supplements that you find helpful, I won't make you stop, but I won't ask you to take anything extra.
The vast majority of diets simply find different ways to reduce your calorie intake. Modern science has shown that simply reducing your calorie intake doesn't lead to lasting weight loss. Your body can adapt by slowing down your metabolism - not a great outcome!
