The Better Traders, Inc., a corporation, incorporated under the laws of the province of Montreal, Canada (hereinafter referred to as "Operator")

1. Courses (hereinafter referred to as “digital products”)

 

Refunds are permitted on digital products. Customers may request a refund on digital products sold within the following number of days of purchase: 14.

 

The following entitle a customer to a refund:

 

  1. The customer completed steps 1 through 3 in their course.
     
  2. The customer had one check-in with their Coach (for courses that offer coach check-ins)
     
  3. The customer has not viewed course content beyond step 3.
     
  4. The customer has not downloaded content or clicked on links in the course portal.

If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject the refund.

 

Products may not be returned due solely to incompatibility with a customer's software or device.

 

No refunds are permitted on the sale of services. All sales are final.

 

2. Physical Sales:

 

To be eligible for a return of The Better Trader’s Journal, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Customers must return the item in its original packaging.
     

  2. The item must not be used.
     

  3. The item must not be damaged.
     

  4. The item must be returned with its original receipt.

If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject return and refund.

 

In case of item return, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping.

 

Refunds on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly-priced items.

 

Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied.

Customers will be provided with a return number before they may begin the return.
