Clementine continuously adds to her education through postgraduate training on a regular basis to ensure she stays up to date with the latest in nutritional science and women’s health.
Clementine specialises in women's health and nutrition, from endocrine and reproductive conditions such as PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and endometriosis to addressing the root cause of hormonal symptoms including acne, PMS, hair loss, mood swings and fatigue. Clementine uses the menstrual cycle as a foundational guide to getting back into balance with YOUR unique body and health.
Why I do this work
I believe that so much of what is wrong in the world is down to our disconnection with ourselves, each other, and the planet. I am passionate about nourishing the climate and mother nature, and I truly believe it starts with us.
Cyclical living and rooting to nature is a passion that I weave into my teachings, coupled with my in-depth training in naturopathic nutrition, and my experience in supporting young women to find compassion and celebration for their bodies and health.
I do this work because I love helping freedom-seeking women to step into their most vibrant self and create a life of ease, balance and lightness in their menstrual cycle and beyond.

When I was 19, I had just spent a year in Paris living as an in house au pair. I had the time of my life and pretty much lived off a diet of cream, bread and saucissons!
I came home to my mum’s house, and felt my energy completely decline, struggled with brain fog, irregular cycles, an array of PMS symptoms, and I generally didn’t feel like me at all.
My mum suggested I see a nutritional therapist, and although I had never considered that option before, I was open to trying anything. Through the dietary and lifestyle suggestions the nutrition therapist recommended, I immediately started to see significant changes in my energy, menstrual cycles, PMS symptoms and started to feel like myself again. I began nourishing myself with intention, and living in alignment with my own unique body, and saw radical transformation.
