Airy Autumns have a primary hormonal signature of low thyroid. You may occasionally experience symptoms of an underactive thyroid or hypothyroidism, even if your thyroid tests come back normal.
With hypothyroidism, your thyroid gland does not make enough thyroid hormone – which can influence metabolism regulation, mood and hormonal balance. There are many underlying causes that contribute to a low thyroid and it’s always best to discuss them with your doctor.
