Please be sure to check your actual Webmail inbox NOT a 3rd party Mail Application (as it likely won't even deliver there).  Look in Spam, Junk, Other and/or Promotions/Social tab in Gmail or ANY other filters your email provider may have in place.  If you got your invoice and welcome email, your login was sent, so go find it :-)
