Recipe Instructions
1 cup cashew nuts
1 cup plant-based milk (such as almond milk)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes (or substitute with tahini paste and a dash of soy sauce)
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 large clove of garlic
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste (approximately 1/2 teaspoon coarse Celtic sea salt and a dash of black pepper)
In a small blender, combine the cashew nuts, plant-based milk, nutritional yeast flakes, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if desired. Add more salt or pepper according to your preference.
Your Caesar dressing is now ready to enjoy! Use it to dress your favorite salads or as a versatile creamy sauce for other dishes.
