Do I have to purchase a Toby mat to participate in the LIVE In-Person classes?
No, the instructor will have a TUMBLEBUS® mat for your child to participate in the class.
If you want to utilize the virtual program that is included with the Live program, then you would need to purchase a TUMBLEBUS® mat for your child to use at home.
Can I buy an extra mat?
Yes! can purchase an additional TUMBLEBUS® mat on our storefront.
How big are the mats?
The TUMBLEBUS® Activity mat is 30" wide x 72" long x 5/8" thick. It easily rolls-up for easy portability and storage.
The TUMBLEBUS® Fitness mat is 24" wide x 68" long. It easily rolls-up for easy portability and storage.

What's the optimal age for this program?
The TUMBLEBUS® program is designed for children ages 3-5.
Children 2-10 can participate and benefit from the Virtual FUN fitness activities in each lesson.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. Your membership can be canceled at any time; however, your access to the membership portal will continue for the period of time that you have paid to date. For example, if you pay for the year access, you can cancel at any time, with continued access for the 12-month period. A refund will not be given if you cancel early. For a monthly membership, you must cancel in advance of next month's bill. Again, refunds for a partial month will not be given.
Are refunds given?
No, refunds will not be given. If there is a product defect upon receipt of delivery, we will work to get you a new TUMBLEBUS® mat. Your membership can be canceled at any time; however, your access to the membership portal will continue for the period of time that you have paid to date. For monthly live membership, you must cancel in advance of next month's bill. Again, refunds for a partial month will not be given.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Can a lesson be repeated?
Yes! In fact, we encourage you to view the lessons twice! The first time is meant to challenge, and the second time is to reinforce the skills. Our TUMBLEBUS® program is designed to provide a new full-length (21-minute) lesson with each segment, A - B - C, also available. Once a lesson is accessible on your membership portal, you can go back and repeat a lesson at any time.
What if my child doesn't participate?
Consistency is KEY! It is very normal for preschoolers (especially the younger children 2-3) to watch at first. It may take a couple of weeks for them to engage. The segment options (A - B - C) are a great way to introduce the TUMBLEBUS® program.
