Kelly Taylor

Kelly Taylor is an experienced HR Consultant, Women's Coach, and  certified accredited and licensed menopause coach with over 25 years of industry experience.  Now working independently, Kelly combines her extensive HR knowledge with her passion for women's wellbeing to support both individuals and organisations through the menopausal transition.

 

Kelly is committed to educating women about the menopausal journey, helping them redefine their approach to this pivotal stage of life. Collaborating with organisations to build menopause awareness and create safe, inclusive workplaces where women feel supported. Empowering women to understand the changes happening to them, reclaim their confidence, and transform this next chapter into one of self-discovery, joy, and new beginnings.

Stella Amor

With over 20 years’ experience at director level as a people professional, in HR, Diversity and Inclusion both within organisations and as an independent consultant and coach with a specialisation on change and transition; Stella provides clear and effective strategies for navigating through this period of change in life with inclusion and wellbeing at the core.

 

Stella is a certified, accredited and licenced Menopause and Leadership Career Counselling Coach and also offers her time voluntarily to help various charities and people through trauma, life changes and advocates for diversity & inclusion in society and the workplace.

Kelly & Stella met when training to become menopause coaches and their love of all things people, HR and coaching drew them together to develop the menopause puzzle coaching and training programmes.
