“We decolonize and debrahmanising our relationships so that we can be in an equitable relationship with ourselves, each other, and the world.
— Sonali Sadequee
This work is about decolonizing your relationships and it is rooted in the Relational Justice framework. This is justice and liberation work that happens at the micro (relational) level. This work begins with becoming more aware of the ways trauma has impacted the ways you unconsciously operate in your relationships (unconscious thoughts, feelings, attitudes, decisions, choices, and actions).
If you are ready to decolonize your relationships, transform generational trauma, work on your places of privilege and oppression in a judgement-free space, then I welcome you into my Decolonizing dyad coaching sessions.
One dimension is that it requires us to get very clear about our identities of marginalization and privilege in real-time.
Another dimension is that it requires us to support relational decolonization.
Another dimension is that it requires us to accept conflict as growth waiting to happen.
The final dimension is relational accountability.
Upgrade how you communicate, Choose how you connect, Improve how you lead.
