Daily Breakdown
~ Courses run 9 am to 5 pm daily.
~ We focus on "learn by doing", therefore there is a lot of hands-on practice.
~ We will use real life examples to showcase how to implement the material within the course.
Day 1

-Comprehensive Lumbo-Pelvic Assessment.
-Back Pain Clue intake assessment.
-Trial by Five full body critical movements screen.
-Paddy Whack training solutions to restore critical movement abilities.
-Live case study.
-Breathing corrective.
-Mental toughness tool 2 - Self-Concept.
Day 2
-Spine Posture Assessment.
-Corrective exercise recipes for excessive lumbar curve, flat lumbar, and scoliosis.
-Live case study.
-Low back provocation assessment.
-Spine hygiene.
-Hip and spine gauntlet.
-Corrective exercise recipes for L1 and L2 concerns.
-Live case study.
-Mental toughness tool 3 - Surrender Experiment.
Day 3
-Core 4 function assessment.
-Corrective exercise recipes for core dysfunction and disc bulges.
-Live case study.
-Mental toughness tool 4 - Priorities.
-Advanced hip and pelvis assessments.
-Corrective exercise recipes for low back compression, excessive thoracic curve, lumbar twist, and advanced hip issues.
-Live case study.
-Practical skills assessment.
-Team huddle to close the course.
