You may feel nervous about having hypnotherapy, but there is no need to worry. No one can be hypnotised against their will. You will stay in control of your behaviour throughout the whole session and thereafter.
Hypnosis is meant to alleviate patterns and blockages in your subconscious mind interfering with your daily life, your pleasure, enjoyment of intimacy and your peace of mind. It can help you regain confidence and control over your mind and body so you can go on to have a more fulfilling life. Not a bad place to be!
Hypnosis is meant to bring you feelings of extreme calmness and heightened focus, which allows your mind to become more receptive to positive suggestions and change.
Hypnotherapy can help with
Communication
Overthinking
Note: Hypnotherapy has been used very successfully where problems are due to fear, stress and anxiety. The practice can not make you change who you are as a person and results may vary.
First session: Discovery (50 minutes)
Your hypnotherapy journey begins by talking about what you would like to achieve from the therapy and positive changes you would like to make. We’ll identify your current thought processes and belief systems that are currently obstacles to your fulfillment.
Second session: Hypnotherapy (50 minutes)
During a hypnotherapy session, you are guided through a deep relaxation that includes imagery and suggestive messages to help you overcome your sexual problem. You may drift in and out throughout the session with a comforting feeling that your subconscious is doing the work. It already knows how to resolve your issue and we help you unlock the solution. When you accept the suggestions, your breathing slows down and you will feel powerful sense of serenity.
