A Look Into Trade Context

My name is James Sixsmith and this journey started in the fall of 2012. I would humbly consider myself a good professional hockey player, doing really well in the league I was in, but pretty far from the National Hockey League (NHL). I had been really close in the years after my college career ended, but I was never able to push my way to the top.

I'll never forget that day, I was laying in my bed, and I was scared. I was engaged to get married, and we were expecting a child. I was aging (in hockey years), and I remember thinking that I had to do something to secure our future.

However, I had one big problem. I was playing hockey in another country and I didn't understand the language. This meant if I was going to learn how to make some extra money, it would have to be online. So, I did what most of you have done. I searched the internet from top to bottom to find a way.

I found day trading and I have never looked back.  It took me a while and a couple of blown up accounts to figure out what works and what doesn't. It's been a bumpy ride, and it certainly has not been easy, but I'm much better because of it.

I am still playing hockey, in the same country, for the same team, that I was in 2012. I have taught a few of my teammates over the years and they have had astounding success and it got me thinking, "what if I could help other people realize their financial dreams?"

Well, here we are today. I hope you all come with me on this journey, whatever your reason may be. It doesn't matter if you have a full time job, have struggled with trading in the past, or are a new trader.

There is only one thing I ask in return. If you have questions, please ask them. The only way to learn is dive in headfirst. Feel free to contact us on Facebook or contact me directly at JSix@TradeContext.com

I look forward to helping you create your story!

Futures, foreign currency and options trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

CFTC Rules 4.41 - Hypothetical or Simulated performance results have certain limitations, unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
