πAre there Tai Chi Globe classes specifically for people with Parkinson's?
At the moment, there are no dedicated Tai Chi Globe classes specifically for people with Parkinsonβs. However, several members with Parkinsonβs regularly attend our general classes. Thanks to the adaptable nature of Tai Chi and Qigong, our regular sessions are suitable for individuals of all levels and health conditions.
If there is enough interest, we may introduce classes tailored specifically for people with Parkinsonβs. While it isnβt essential to attend a Parkinsonβs-specific class, we recognize that practicing with a group who shares similar experiences can be beneficial and encouraging.
To learn more about how Tai Chi and Qigong can benefit those with Parkinsonβs, youβre invited to view our interactive presentation.
If youβd like to stay updated about new classes and opportunities, join the Tai Chi Globe for Parkinsonβs Mailing List.
