Recipe Instructions
1 mug brewed chamomile tea
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 small organic sweet potato, boiled or baked
2 tablespoons rolled oats
2 kiwi fruits
Optional: 1 ripe banana, Cinnamon (to taste)
In a blender, pour in the brewed chamomile tea as the base liquid.
Add the unsweetened almond milk to the blender.
Break the boiled or baked sweet potato into chunks and add it to the blender.
Add the rolled oats to the blender for a creamy texture.
Peel and chop the kiwi fruits, then add them to the blender.
If desired, add a ripe banana for added flavor and muscle relaxation.
Optionally, sprinkle in some cinnamon for a warm and aromatic touch.
Blend all the ingredients together for approximately one minute until smooth and creamy.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or flavors if desired. Avoid adding extra sugar.
Serve the smoothie immediately or refrigerate it for later use.
