MY STORY
I had to learn the hard way, you get to cheat, and do it the easy way, by learning from my costly mistakes.
I’m Phillip, and over the last 13 years, I”ve remodeled several of my homes, rental properties, and I recently ended up finally building my dream home. And over the years I’ve worked on many home improvement projects and I’ve done some stuff right, and I’ve done lots of stuff WRONG. And some of those mistakes were very expensive.
After years of researching products, services, and home improvement ideas, I finally came up with a way to curate the best in products and services. And I’ve learned how to distinguish between good installers/contractors and the bad ones. And believe me there are lots of bad ones. Everyone knows there’s an easy way and a hard way to get things done. And I definitely had to do it the hard way. Which is try to figure it all out yourself, which can take you months, or even years, if ever.
