Free Video Training Series for Anxiety Freedom Cards

Once you have tried using the cards for yourself, and with others – perhaps a family member, colleague or client, then you are ready to introduce the cards to your workplace, or to run small groups focused on improving emotional health and well-being.
You do not need a great deal of knowledge to run a group, since the insights will emerge from the group itself. So you don’t have to learn a whole load of information or be an expert in the subject. And you don’t need “permission” from us to share these ideas! We want to make a massive positive impact on emotional health and well-being and we need your help to make this happen. So please don’t be shy! We know these ideas and this way of teaching them really works and we want you to feel the same warm glow that we get every time we introduce more people to these concepts.
Others who are already using the cards in their work find that the cards make their work easier, more interactive, more valuable and more importantly – more fun!
In this video you will discover how to use the cards in workshop or group settings. Attendees will discover practical approaches to reducing stress and anxiety and will find new inspiration for how to live well and truly thrive.
We know it can feel a bit daunting the first time you introduce the cards to a group of people. But it is definitely worth taking the plunge! Completing the Wheel of Needs is a great way to track how well each of your innate needs is met (or not!) Give yourself a score from 0 to 10 for each of the innate needs (blue cards), place the score on the wheel and join up the dots.
Not every need will score the same, but ideally the shape you want to see is a well-rounded circle which will "roll easily through life". Any flat spots on your wheel will represent needs that you should address.
Now that you have watched this short video series you can go out into the world and make an impact on emotional health and well-being!
