Module 1: Executive Coaching Overview includes the Inpowered® Executive Coaching Engagement process overview, the complete document index, multiple coaching models, coaching engagement options and sample pricing, coaching engagement components for different levels in the organization, and the "QE 5 Steps to Build and Grow with Organizations" including the 90 needs organizations invest in coaching to support as well as the video recording of the Full Product Training Day and the Executive Coaching DEEP DIVE training.
Module 2: How to Land It supports you with the document templates to support the QE business building strategies outlined in the "QE 5 Steps to Build and Grow with Organizations" for landing the business, including high level needs assessment process, the QE 3-step Proposal Process for high percent proposal success, pre-proposal examples, one-page bio template, coaching service bundles examples with pricing and 3-hour training workshop: How to Build and Grow with Organizations.
Module 3: Manage the Business Engagement - provides you with the documents and templates you need to engage, contract and manage the business engagement with organizations as well as ready your legal documents for attorney review and approval. Included are: Master Service Agreement Clauses, Statement of Work, One-page Coaching Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, Invoice Template with Terms and Conditions - all to support you to be ready to be converted to your legal documents by an attorney to ensure all of the clauses protest you and your business as laws vary greatly by geography. This module also includes tools to manage the communication with the engagement sponsors regarding the status of the coaching without compromising the must for “client confidentiality” and more.
Module 4: The Coaching Engagement - all of the documents and tools required to manage the high-value professional coaching engagement, starting with the Coaching Agreement and Designed Alliances with all parties, and the engagement components from launch to completion including welcome emails, intake document, Quantum 360 "Lite", growth assessment (interview-based 360 feedback process and 2 sample reports. The Full Quantum 360® product adds the process overview, audio and video training recordings, several more sample reports, and a tips, suggestion summary based on 17 years of experience using it), development plan template, completion document, several best practices for engagement the client's manager in the coaching engagement process as one of the keys to the high-value success of the coaching engagement results.
Module 5: Additional Tools and Concepts to Support Client success - honoring our Inpowered® Coaching Executive Coaching Engagement focus on both "whole person" and "whole role", this module provides tools to support you and the coaching engagement with both - tools range from values gleaning, leaders stance, several "wheels", several self-assessment links, processes including finding purpose, setting vision, goals and strategy, initiative management and action plan templates,decision making and adverse consequences, boundary and priority management, one-page Leader building other leaders evaluation and plan documents, as well as the QE executive presence model and assessment and more.
Module 6: content to support the managing of business with simple processes and tools (all Microsoft documents) to keep it easy, low cost, high quality & scalable. The processes included have effectively supported a 17-year business delivering high-value coaching with a consistent portfolio including 25-28 1:1 coaching clients, team coaching engagements and year-long Leadership Development Programs with ease. Documents and templates provided include a coaching business plan template, the ABC's of launching a business, a cyber-safe way to schedule client sessions, brochure templates for trifolds and 8 1/2 x 11, coaching, expense and mileage tracking sheets, PA schedule example, workshop / events feedback forms, newsletter templates, and more.
Module 7 includes the License to Use Agreement and Non-disclosure and Non-use Agreement before you use a Third Party for Document Support. No other person besides the Licensed to Use coach may access the product portal.
