The Program:
Week 1: Self-Care Bootcamp!
Reboot your basic self care. Just because it's simple doesn't mean it's easy! You didn't get burned out overnight; that's why we spend the first 2 weeks reducing your stress level and calming your frazzled body and mind.
Week 2 : Burnout-Proof Mindset
Overcome the mindset blocks that get in the way of the life and career you want, and get into action. You'll finally stop being your own bully and start being your own cheerleader and best friend. These 2 weeks will help you believe in yourself, set boundaries and grow your confidence!
Week 3: Knock Down the Walls
Identify and eliminate the obstacles that get in your way. I don't believe there is such a thing as excuses- only real obstacles that need to be overcome. We will root them up and get rid of them!
Week 4: Burnout-Proof Systems
To keep burnout at bay long-term, you'll need systems and routines that work for you at home and at work. This week is all about getting those systems in place so you can stop juggling for balance and start finding joy, ease and fun.
Week 5: Mega Self-Love
It's time to finally start putting your needs first. You can't radiate light and joy to others if you don't have it- so let's get it!
Week 6: Step Into Your Spark!
Finally, we'll put it all together with a plan that works for YOUR LIFE! You'll be ready to set goals, take action, maintain results and finally step into the joy you deserve.
