What is PREP?

First, let's talk about what it isn't.  The Parent REvolution Program (PREP) is NOT just a "relaunch program".   

• Will it provide you with the tools, resources and education to relaunch your career or start your business?        Yes. 
• Will it help you with your resume, LinkedIn, interviewing and networking?    Yes. 
• Will it help you develop technical skills and experience?     Yes.

But it will also do much more.   

It will help you REvolve - evolve again - into the next stage of your life.

PREP is a life-changing REvolution program that helps you reinvent every aspect of your life.

I know it seems like exaggeration to call it “life-changing” – believe me, it took a lot of clients calling it that before I accepted the description.  Since my goal was to create a program that would inspire moms to achieve their potential, I'm grateful to know I have created an experience that makes such a big difference in women's lives. 

Why create PREP?

Originally frustrated with a world that continued to underestimate the capabilities of women, I sought to clear the path and ease the process for women to return to their career paths after taking time for kids.  

After my own REvolution journey, I emerged with new understanding and clarity about the skills and mindsets needed to successfully reinvent.  I also knew that what I needed to create was much more than a relaunch program.   

• I wanted to help my friend, Linda, find her powerful and vibrant self again.
• I wanted to help my friend, Megan, navigate the challenges she was having with employment.
• I wanted to help my sister, Kerrie, see the path to a business she could run from her home.
• I wanted to help my mom understand that it's never too late to pursue a dream.
• I wanted to help my friends notice and eliminate patterns of behavior that lead to divorce and a loss of self.
• I wanted to help people understand how the world is changing and how we all need to adapt to remain relevant.

Life had tossed me around quite a lot, teaching me to see things with every twist and turn.  I knew the eye-opening lessons I had learned while recovering from divorce, relaunching my career and helping companies adapt to this rapidly changing world could help my friends avoid some of the same heart-ache and beat-up psyche I had experienced while reinventing, and finding me again.

I wanted to see marriages heal, and my friends light up from the inside - again.

I wanted to see moms believe in their value

as much as a two year old believes in the super hero nature of his or her mom.  

Because it’s the truth…

You are a Hero.  

But every so often,

even Heroes need help. 

They are notoriously bad at looking out for themselves.  They spend so much time thinking of others, and they are so good at doing without for the sake of those they protect and care for, that they don’t even notice when their own bodies, minds and souls are in need of some attention and care. 

In fact they are so focused on doing their job, it often isn’t until crisis occurs that they really change. 

That’s what happened to me, so I get it. 

Now, on the other side of my journey, I wish I would have turned my attention on to me sooner.  I wish I would have really taken the time to understand what I needed to feel more hope, peace and contentment in my life.  How might that have changed my life if I had?

It eluded me because I couldn’t see beyond being busy with kids, my hobbies, and caring for the house.  I was a hero that needed help, but it wasn't there.  So, I created PREP.

I learned the hard way, so you don't have to.
