Rev. Alfreda (Freda) Lanoix is a motivational speaker, author and artist, and the founder of Love@ Work, the Exchange. Prior to establishing Love at Work, she served as Pastor of Unity Fellowship of Christ Church, Los Angeles and as Board Chairperson of Unity’s national movement. Concurrently, she held a number of positions in the Minority AIDS Project.
Alfreda is the author of Go to Hell, which offers straightforward solutions for effectively managing the stressors of life by facing fears.
