My 1% Pledge
If we want change and we want things to be better, we can’t expect it to originate from others. We must look inward and be the ones taking action".
Get Involved
When you come onboard as a client and work with me, I can either donate 1% of your total spending to a charity of your choice (or a local charity of our choice).
Or, I can donate 1% of our time and/or leadership expertise to organisations with a good social and/or environmental mandate to help change New Zealand for the better.
I believe that leaders have a responsibility to give back to the communities in which they operate.
I know that, together, we can make a difference by demonstrating that socially responsible leadership can occur anywhere, anytime and for any cause.

How it Works
You're in control, you choose where your 1% of donations go. There's only one catch: the organisations need to have a mandate of improving New Zealand for all (environmentally and/or socially). Show us your socially responsible leadership style and pick an organisation that resonates with you.
Our choices include the Salvation Army and Whakarewarewa Pest Free.
