I am Monica Bermudez, the founder of Sacred Heart Awakenings.
I am a resurrected Lemurian High Priestess, Star Goddess, intuitive Quantum Energy healer, portal activator, counselor, and spiritual teacher with a humanitarian mission to facilitate conscious women and men to transform broken hearts or disconnected hearts to a deeper heart connection with I AM presence, higher LOVE to enrich soul and heart mission purpose and relationships.
My journey started in December 2012, when I decided to end my marriage, which was already dead. It took a lot of strength and courage to get past my fears, doubts and feelings of low self-esteem and unworthiness to make this decision.
I was shattered and broken-hearted, too depressed to talk to anyone except my closest friends and parents.
Yet what I thought was the end of my life was actually the beginning of a beautiful journey.
I asked myself one simple question:
Why was such a successful, spiritual, and mystical person as myself attracting toxic relationships?
I had achieved success in my career as an engineer, and I considered myself to be an intelligent and highly capable person, yet something inside of me was causing me to attract men who did not respect me and certainly did not celebrate or treasure me.
As emotionally painful as it was, I went on a quest within my soul to find the root causes, determined to transform those hidden patterns into higher vibrations of LOVE. I confronted and re-engineered myself at a deeper level!
I battled the shadow aspects: fears, doubts, unworthiness, low self-esteem, and other subconscious blocks due to ancestral lineage wounds and past karmic lives, until I awakened and activated my own sacred heart, remembered who I truly AM, and expanded my soul to connect more with my Divine Source of my I AM presence so I could act on my Divine Mission.
Like in many journeys, the hero is assisted along the way.
When I was in deep emotional pain, after having tried too many healing methods to even recount, I "stumbled" upon Light Language. Out of desperation, I tried Light Language with an open mind and heart to help me clear the deep hidden karmic/ancestral patterns at a deeper quantum level.
Not only did Light Language help me shift at a quantum level and transform my hidden patterns, but something magical and miraculous also happened.
I never imagined that my own unique Light Language would activate!
As I spoke it for the first time, it triggered a hidden memory within my soul that cleared even more hidden patterns and layers buried deep within my soul.
Initially, my Light Language was intended for my own private use, but since then I have expanded and been called to step fully into my own power and act on my Divine Mission...
After many years with so much support from intuitive mentors & coaches who gratefully and lovingly guided and facilitated me to reach this stage in life and birth, I now provide “Sacred Heart Awakenings,” intuitively integrating Light Language with spiritual counseling, teaching and mentoring, to help you transform your emotional pain caused by hidden limiting patterns (ancestral/karmic).
With my heart expanded to be self-LOVE and self-COMPASSION, my own sacred heart has awakened as a portal!
As I stand in sacred heart space, I am truly grateful and honored to serve as a vessel for Divine’s Will and Action.
