Rose Pistachio Cooler

Recipes    |    Posted By Jenny Griffith

I love rose. Especially in the summertime! Rose is cooling, beautiful to look at, romantic, and smells heavenly. I especially love the fact that it has so many medicinal benefits on an Ayurvedic standpoint. I've been wanting to make a unique and beautiful rose drink for the summertime so here it is!

Rose Benefits:

Balances our pitta dosha (fire element)

Soothes emotional issues of the heart

Tonifies skin and digestive tract

Cooling anti-inflammatory effect

Summer is the perfect time to start adding rose into your routine!
