Someone once asked one of my coaches what the most dis-empowering thing he'd heard someone say to him and it was this... "You're. So. Lucky."

 

My life currently consists of travel to fun places, speaking and training, working in beautiful locations, homeschooling my two daughters, and keeping busy as a "dance mom" among all of the other things I do.

I can see how someone could look at my life and say "you're so lucky"...

But it wasn't always like this.

After retiring from my career as an autism specialist, program director, and trainer to realize my dream of being a stay-at-home mom, it didn't take long for me to completely lose who I was as a person... to become "just a mom."

It took the loss of my mommy-friend's husband (the week after our babies turned one year old) to make me realize how "out of the picture" I was in my own life.

I fell into entrepreneurship and it became a great excuse to do something for me again... without the guilt. That was when I hired my first coach.

 

I knew I wanted more in life, but I couldn't figure out how to get it... or if I even deserved it. I had achieved my dream of being a mom and how dare I desire to be more.

And in 2012... that all changed. A friend from a networking meeting invited me to a weekend event where I was introduced to NLP and the subconscious mind... and my life was never the same again.

With degrees in psychology, behavior, and special education, I learned things about the mind that I'd never known before... how our minds work and how to program it for success.

 

What began as a journey of discovery that I thought (at the time) was just for me, resulted in me becoming a practitioner and ultimately Master Trainer of NLP, Hypnosis, Life and Success Coaching, and more.

 

I now have the tools and the training to live the life I want to live and to be the role model I want to be for my children, while creating a significant impact on the lives of those around me.
